Anxiously awaiting news |
 Dear Family and Friends, I know everyone has been anxiously awaiting news from the mom-to-be. I was finally able to take some time to upload sonogram pictures to the website. Check out the baby photo gallery and don't forget the baby names poll at the bottom of the home page. The baby is healthy and happy. I started feeling her move this weekend. She taps me a little here and there reassuring me that she's doing well. The sonograms are very exciting. She's about the size of a mango - 6 inches long and 0.5 pounds. We opted for genetic testing and all tests came back perfect. So far, I'm having a very easy pregnancy. No morning sickness or food aversions. I've only gained 9 pounds but I'm already growing out of my regular clothes. I've had a few shopping sprees, but maternity clothes aren't very fashionable. At least I have comfortable clothes that are suitable for work. Our next big project is the baby room. Paint swatches and catalogs are everywhere. We're leaning toward purples and pinks but nothing is finalized yet. Jeff has promised a preview in Photoshop first. We'll be ready to start decorating in October so it's time to plan the baby shower! If anyone is interested in helping coordinate the party, please let me know. A date has been decided. SAVE THE DATE: Saturday November 12th from 1pm - 4pm @ my house. My due date is January 30. I'll be posting updates to our website and sending emails so everyone is in the loop. This is a very happy time for Jeff and I and we can't wait to welcome our beautiful new baby daughter. |
